Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Irene Party Rentals. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
